Challenge
With a goal of growing the company from $20 million in annual revenue to $100 million in a competitive market with both domestic and foreign competition, how can increased automation be used to improve productivity and profitability? Despite embracing technology as part of the company’s DNA, implementing and rolling out new technologies to the production team has posed a challenge. Results
With detailed documentation LocFluent helped the company with a successful pilot project utilizing neural machine translation and leveraging the company’s existing automation built-in to their translation management system. Overview
A specialized language service company in the legal space needed an overhaul of its production toolset.
